The Noctes Musarum are a well-established tradition. They are evenings devoted to conversation, singing and playing games in Ancient Greek and Latin. Refreshments are available for all participants.

The Oxford Ancient Languages Society and the Christian Cole Society are delighted to invite all classicists — and anyone with an interest in the ancient world — to a joint social event. This will be a relaxed and welcoming opportunity to meet fellow students, share your love of the ancient world, and get to know Oxford’s two main Classics societies in a friendly, informal setting. After the stress of collections, join us for a relaxed and friendly evening. There will be pizza, and if you’re a Mods student, you can look forward to some extra sweets and the chance to meet others who can share advice, encouragement, and perhaps a few tips for exam prep.
